How it works

From customer message to organised enquiry

How Nollon AI will handle Facebook Messenger enquiries. This workflow is in development.

  1. Step 1

Connect an authorised Facebook business Page

A Page admin signs in with Meta's official login and chooses which Page the agent may handle. No password is shared.

  2. Step 2

    Receive customer inquiries

When a customer messages the Page, Meta securely notifies the platform. Each notification is verified before it is processed.

  3. Step 3

The AI agent understands the message

The agent works out what the customer needs (price, availability, booking or support) using only the business's approved information.

  4. Step 4

    Generate a relevant response

A short, professional reply is sent in the business's tone. If the agent is unsure, the message is held for a person.

  5. Step 5

    Organise conversations and details

The conversation, topic and any details the customer shared are logged so the team can follow up.
